Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of UltiWrite Studio’s apps, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and activity under the account. Organizational users represent that they have authority to bind that organization.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
UltiWrite offers a free tier, monthly or annual subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime plan. Stripe processes paid plans. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial periods are not prorated except where law requires. Trials may convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled. Lifetime access means the lifetime of the product and does not obligate indefinite operation. Future price changes apply to later billing periods after reasonable notice.
Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to manuscripts, notes, world data, and other content you create. UltiWrite claims no ownership. You grant a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display content only as required to provide the Service and authorized collaboration. You are responsible for your content and the rights necessary to use it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive material; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt service integrity or performance; or resell the Service unless expressly permitted.
AI features
AI features are optional and off by default. Review generated output before using it; accuracy, originality, and fitness are not guaranteed. Use of your own provider keys or local models is subject to relevant provider terms and costs.
Collaboration and teams
People you invite may view or edit shared content according to their role. You are responsible for access and permissions and can remove collaborators to revoke access.
Intellectual property and beta features
UltiWrite software, design, branding, and supplied content are protected by intellectual-property law. Open-source client SDK components remain governed by their applicable licenses. Beta features are provided as-is, may change or be removed, and may be less reliable than generally available features.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. UltiWrite does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. To the maximum extent allowed, UltiWrite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Total liability is limited to amounts paid during the twelve months before a claim. Maintain independent backups of important work.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the Service and close the account. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or to protect users and the Service. Features and these Terms may change; material changes update this page and may be announced. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where UltiWrite Studio is established, without conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent to support@ultiwrite.com.
